Founded in 2013, Salient Strings began as a boutique violin shop and workshop dedicated to fine string instruments and expert lutherie services.

Over the years, Salient Strings has evolved into a respected Singapore-based string instrument brand, designing and manufacturing its own collection of violins, violas, and cellos. Our instruments are shaped by a deep appreciation for traditional craftsmanship, while embracing the practical demands and musical sensibilities of today’s performers.
